Once you join, you’ll have access to a private WhatsApp space with me

You’re welcome to send:

as things come up for you

There’s no pressure to have the “right words”
or to show up in a certain way

You can come as you are

To keep this space supportive and sustainable for both of us:

  • I respond within 24 to 48 hours

  • Support is offered Monday to Friday

  • Responses are thoughtful and reflective, rather than instant back and forth messaging

  • This space is for ongoing support, not urgent or crisis support

without rushing the process
